HOW DO I ORDER?

After selecting and seeing in detail the products that interest you, you add them to the basket, where for each product that is added to your basket, a green indication appears on the top right. To view your cart and proceed with the order, place the cursor on the top right of the cart icon until a small preview of your order appears and click the SHOW CART or BUY button.
You have the opportunity to complete your order either as a visitor, by filling in the required fields, or if you have an account through it simply by entering your email and password, or to re-create an account stating your email and other necessary information.
Fill in the shipping details and billing details as requested.
Select the payment method you want by “clicking” on the white box that appears next to each payment method, accept the terms of use and complete your order.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, contact the store.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order by phone, just before sending it, by calling 2593 052218.

 

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER?

You can add and remove products from your order if its condition allows, ie before sending it by contacting the store by phone at 2593 052218 (9.00 – 14.00 and 17.30 -21.00) from Monday to Saturday * except holidays.

 

HOW LONG DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It takes 2-3 working days to receive the order.

Product returns are free if you choose “ELTA COURIER” as the return company.

If you make your return with any other transport company then you will be charged the return costs.
