RETURN POLICY

Do you want to return the product you purchased? You can do it within 14 working days from the day you received your order as long as the product is in perfect condition with the special markings (tags) and the proof of order or invoice.

FOR BUYERS FROM CYPRUS, ROMANIA, BULGARIA

No refunds available. Product change/replacement only
For purchases over €100, the first change/replacement is free.
For purchases under €100, the return is charged to you (the customer) and the reshipment is charged to us.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE FROM YOUR LOCATION, WITHOUT CHARGE:

Our store is happy to accept the return of the product and exchange it for another of your choice or give you a credit for the amount of its value product that you will be able to use against another purchase of yours within 3 months. In case of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.
Before returning the product, you must contact the store by phone at +30 2593 052218 ( 9.00 – 14.00 and 17.30 – 21.00 ) from Monday to Saturday * excluding holidays or email us to info@statusdc.gr, having the following information available:
Customer name, online order number, original sales receipt date and number, and reason for return or a description of the problem.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, with all included materials, and with the original sales receipt. The packaging and the product must have been kept in excellent condition. Otherwise, our company may refuse to return the product. The product must not have been used under any circumstances. You must inform our store immediately before any action.

Follow the steps below:

  • Contact the store.
    • Place the items and receipt in the original packaging.
    • Deliver the package to COURIER with recipient’s fee

The product exchange process takes approximately 7 days from the day we receive the package. If the returned product is found to be defective, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

In the event that replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you again.

If you make your change with any other transport company then you bear the transport costs.

Free product change is only valid for one change per order.
